This involved managing Windows client environments, hardware maintenance, network troubleshooting, and server-side administration—ranging from user management to the deployment and hardening of Linux-based infrastructure. I actively transformed manual operational hurdles into efficient, automated workflows, including the creation of centralized operational dashboards that streamlined field interventions.

My core expertise lies in enterprise IT support, systems hardening, and network administration. I scale these operations using Python, Bash, and PowerShell for automation, while utilizing modern frameworks like Astro, React, and Next.js to develop performant technical documentation platforms and knowledge bases that house my systems engineering guides, security research, and development projects.
